Hi! I’m Alayna, 27 y/o software developer. Looking for a roommate to finish out the lease starting June 1st and ideally renew starting Sep 1st

• Rent is $1250 + utilities ~$150 (usually less, but winter brings up the average)
• Located in East Cambridge, ~12 min walk to Kendall/MIT redline, ~15 min walk to Lechmere greenline, and ~6-15 min walk to various bus lines
• 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath (1 bedroom with half-bath available)
• Gas stove, dishwasher, free in-unit laundry
• Small back yard
• Dedicated basement space
• No dedicated parking, but street parking is usually easy to find
• Bonus: The landlord is really nice
