Furnished bedroom available for one male in Brighton for a summer sublet, starting on or after May 21 (flexible dates, around 10 weeks). The apartment is on a quiet, residential street near Oak Square and Boston College—about a 15/20-minute walk to the Green Line (B Line) and close to several bus routes. The space is fully furnished and includes a private bedroom, shared kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom, and a dedicated home office.
The home features a great side yard perfect for lawn games or small fires, a back patio with a grill, and a front porch with fantastic sunset views. Free street parking is available. You’d be living with one male roommate (age 30, attends Antioch Community Church). I’ll be coming up every other week for maintenance and yardwork and will stay the night—either on the couch or on the floor in the office.
