Sublet Available – June 16-August 31 – Brighton

Hello! I received a job offer out of state and am now urgently looking for a female sublet for my room in a 4 bed, 1 bath house in Brighton from early/mid-June (negotiable) to August 31st.

Price: $1,025/month + utilities + $180 sublet fee

Parking: shared driveway + free street parking (no permit required)

We have a balcony, spacious backyard, laundry in the basement (not coin-operated), and are located within walking distance of Brighton Center and Oak Square!
