We are looking for a female roommate to rent a spacious bedroom in Brighton starting December 1st 2025. The rest of the roommates are all females either working or in graduate school.
The room is fully furnished (includes queen-sized bed, desk, chair, mini coffee table, couch which also turns into a bed and storage shelves). There is also a built-in closet.
We have two washer and dryer sets (coin operated) and a storage space in the basement. We also have a spacious balcony.
Rent is $925/month. Utilities range between $30-$80 per person depending on the season.
The area is a safe place in Brighton. We are near grocery stores (walking distance to Star Market, Trader Joe’s, and Stop & Shop), cafes and a nice park.
Transportation includes 2 min walk to Bus 70 (14min ride to Central square) and Bus 86 (15min ride to Reservoir green line and 15min ride to Harvard red line (other direction)) bus stop. We are also 15min walk to Boston Landing Commuter rail.
