Perks include: central A/C, an easy ~12 min walk to the Davis T and within a mile of Porter and Alewife, great parks, tennis courts, and running trails nearby, and <5 min walk to the best maple soft serve at Momma’s. Reservoir church is beautiful and right across the street.
