Bedroom available in Central Square starting in December

Looking to fill a room starting Dec 1 or Jan 1.

• The room: ~156 sq ft, rent is $920/month. Option for it to come partially furnished (including a bed).
• Utilities: We pay for electric, gas, and wifi (~$40-100/person most months, ~$150+ in the winter Jan-March)
• Location: Central (Cherry St), ~9min from the red line.
• The house: 5 bed/3bath split over 2 floors with in-unit laundry, a dining and living room, window ACs, and a driveway w/available parking spot.
• Your roommates: 3 girls & 1 guy! We are all mid-20s working professionals, and attend different churches in Boston (CSC and Aletheia). We occasionally host small group/house churches, and are very clean (at least I like to think so!). Slight preference for a male roommate for gender balance, but everyone is welcome to reach out.
