Lease: January 1st-July 31st 2026
💵Rent is $1235/month plus ~$100 for utilities + around $100 during winter per month
🏡3-story house with 1.5 bathrooms, furnished common areas and bedrooms (add on cost), laundry in-unit
🛏 Room available is in the 2nd floor with a big closet
🚇 Close to public transport Porter/Davis T and buses, grocery stores, and cafés
🚗 Street resident permit parking available (to be obtained if needed)
🐾No pets allowed
👯♀You’ll be living with two clean, respectful, and friendly Christian women in their mid-20s
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is accountable and willing to complete a tenant form, besides singing the contract, as our landlord is particular about who stays in the space and expects the home to be well cared for.
Ideally a woman in your mid-20s to mid 30s, working or studying, who is clean, respectful, values communication, and is open or supportive of our faith environment. No smoking. We strive to keep the home peaceful and respectful for everyone, just not a party house vibe.
