Three male, Christian housemates looking for a fourth male housemate in a 4 Bed/2 Bath, 2nd and 3rd floor apartment in Medford, MA. Availability starts in February 2026. The apartment is located a 15 minute walk from Davis Sq and the Red line, a 5 min walk from bus lines to the Orange and Green line, and a 5 min walk from the Green line expansion at Ball Square. Rent costs $1050 + $65-$200 utilities/internet monthly per person on average. The lease is month to month, but the expectation is that a new tenant will stay for at least 1-2 years. Amenities include washer, dryer, basement storage space, and driveway parking. In addition to partially furnished or unfurnished 3rd floor bedrooms available, the apartment has a fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. Current tenants are all working professionals in their 30s & early 40s who attend local Christian churches in the Somerville/Cambridge area. All housemates are vaccinated.
