Lease: August 1 2026-July 31st 2027
Home: 3-story, 1.5 bath, furnished common areas, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, front porch
Room: Third floor-not furnished
Parking: Street permit available
Pets: Not allowed
Housemates: 2 clean, friendly women (late-20s & mid-30s)
public transit: 5 min walk from Porter and Davis (Red line), 2-5 min walk from bus stops
Rent: $1217 plus utilities (during Summer time: $50-$100/month per person, and during Winter time: $100-$200/month per person). No other fees

We enjoy a balance of quiet and community, keeping things clean and cozy. We occasionally host Bible study and are looking for someone open to a spiritually hospitable home.

Ideally a woman in your mid-20s to mid 30s, working or studying in Boston, who is clean, respectful, values communication, and is open or supportive of our faith environment. No smoking. We strive to keep the home peaceful and respectful for everyone, just not a party house vibe.
This is a beautiful house located on the border of Cambirdge and Somverville with easy access to Harvard/Tufts Campus.
