Hi everyone! I’m looking for one female Christian roommate, preferably a graduate student or working professional, to share a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Quincy, MA, with a September move-in date (or later).
A little about me: I’m a Christian woman and healthcare professional. I value faith, community, and having a peaceful, clean, and comfortable home. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking, exploring new places when I can, and I’m becoming more intentional about wellness and fitness. I’d love to live with someone where we can have a sense of community at home while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.
The apartment: This is a brand-new apartment community that opened this year. We would each have our own private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, and the community has a fitness center, pool, work/common spaces, and other amenities.
Transit: Approximately an 11-minute walk to Quincy Adams MBTA Station (Red Line), making it convenient for getting into Boston.
Rent: Approximately $3,111/month total = $1,555.50/person/month. Internet is included as part of the apartment’s monthly charges.
Additional costs: Estimated utilities depends on usage, renter’s insurance, and the security deposit. Parking is available separately if needed.
Pets: I love our furry friends, but I’m looking for a pet-free home, so unfortunately no pets please.
