A room is available for sublet on the first floor (front-facing) in a large six-bedroom house (1 December 2026- 30 January 2027).
Dates are flexible, and the rent ($1435 per month) can be prorated at $48 per day. Rent includes utilities, house cleaning of shared spaces, and wifi. There are no additional costs, but you may be required to pay a refundable security deposit.
The room has a private en-suite bathroom for your use only. The kitchen (fully stocked with appliances), living room, and attic are shared. There are three other bathrooms in the house (1 on each floor). Laundry on site (basement).
The house is part of the Longwood Christian Community (on Wigglesworth Street, 02120), a 2-minute walk from the Longwood Medical Area, across the road from the Brigham Circle T stop (Green Line), and near the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The orange line (Roxbury Crossing) is a 10-minute walk, and there is a grocery shop (Stop and Shop) and a bakery (Flour) around the corner (1-minute walk)
Housemates would be 4 males (a PhD student, a med student, a pre-med student, and a software engineer) and 1 female (a medical resident). We are all Christian, attending different churches, and there are several other houses in the community on Wigglesworth Street. There is a good mix of personal space and opportunities to hang out together if you would like to meet new people!
The room has a desk, bed, shelves, and a piano keyboard. Items can be stored away if you need more space.
