1 BEDROOM FOR RENT - LOOKING FOR 1-2 ROOMMATES

Hello! My housemate and I are looking for 1-2 Christian female roommates in 1 large bedroom to join us in our 3 bed+1 bath apt! Rent for the whole bedroom would be around $2,000 a month and can be split between 2 roommates. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment (living room, kitchen, bathroom) is fully furnished. The apartment is newly renovated and features in-unit washer/dryer, a very spacious living room, a large outdoor patio behind the apt, new kitchen appliances, and free parking. The apartment is located on Massachusetts Ave right next to the Mass Ave orange line station and is walking distance from NEC (3 min), Northeastern (9 min), and Berklee (12 min). Great access to public transportation (orange and green line or bus) and it’s close to Whole Foods and many local restaurants. My housemate and I are both NEC students, and we are looking for 1-2 quiet, clean, respectful female roommates to join our 1-year lease on 9/1.
