I’m looking for one male to take over my room in a 5 bed/2 bath apartment located in Central Square. The four other roommates are Christian, and a mix of Harvard/MIT professors/post-docs/PhD students.
- Rent is $1400/month (not including utilities and Internet)
- Garden floor and first floor of an apartment building (my room is on the first floor)
- Two refrigerators and two in-unit washer/dryer units
- Room comes with twin bed, desk, and some other accessories that I’ll be leaving behind
- Move-in date is flexible, but will be available as early as December 1
