About the house:

We have a spacious 4 bedroom place in Medford near Tufts University with natural sunlight, a quiet neighborhood, responsive landlords, and permit-free (yes, you read that right ;D) parking all along the street.

Cost: $995 in monthly rent

Costs Upfront: First month’s rent, security deposit, and discounted broker’s fee

Lease length: (Flexible move-in date with the month of Aug) Sept 1, 2025 to Aug 31, 2026

Rooms: 4 bed, 2 bath, dining room, living room, kitchen

Utilities you’d pay for: Gas and electric

Features: On-site laundry, 13 minute walk from Medford/Tufts train stop, and plenty of street parking

Vision:

We are looking for a Christian woman in her 30s who is clean, responsible, and proactive. She would share our hope for this apartment; to create a space that is restful, peaceful, safe, worshipful, and hospitable. We love Jesus and really have a heart for prayer and worship in this house—praying over one another after our monthly dinners and more spontaneously as we do life alongside each other.

One aim of ours is to balance being open to having guests and hosting worship nights/other fun events with protecting all the roommates’ need for a quiet space to disengage from work/school/the world for a bit. Every few months, we have large worship gatherings with different churches and other nights we may host some game nights (both of which you are welcome to participate in and invite people to, of course!). But when it’s just the housemates, we like to keep it quiet and low-key.
