Hi! Two rooms will become available in a 3 bed / 2 bath duplex apartment in Brighton on Sept 1st. I’m looking for two Christian males to share this home with. The apartment has two floors of living space with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen, pantry, and living room downstairs. Also a small room that I turned into a workout room/study.
Bedroom 1 is 13×10, not including the closet which is 8.5×4. Private bathroom with shower. Driveway spot included. In the pics the room is empty and closet empty except for the very back of it.
Bedroom 2 is 13×13, not including two walk-in closets. One closet is 9×4. The other is 8×3. Shared bathroom (with me) has a tub/shower. Street parking right outside the front door is available with resident sticker.
Shared areas are fully furnished; bedrooms will be empty. Decorating shared areas to make feel at home is 100% welcome.
Apartment includes washer/dryer in basement and dishwasher, 1 TV in living room. Great access to public transit — the Washington @ Lake Street bus stop is about a 3 minute walk away, with easy access to downtown and the Mass Pike.
Utilities are shared equally across all three tenants and average about $120/mo.
A little about me, I work full-time in video production for a local university. I love God, kayaking, hiking, sharing laughs, having a quiet night in and going out with friends. I don’t cook much, but I should 🙂
The apartment also has a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful trees of EF campus (Education first – language school). Even has a nice overhang so when it rains you can still sit out there and be dry.
