We’re two Christian guys (early-career working professionals) looking for one more person to join a lease in a 3-bedroom apartment in the Spring Hill area, about a 15 minute walk from Porter Square.

• parking spot available, negotiated separately with the landlady
• in-unit laundry available
• backyard available (that doesn’t get used that much, but you’re free to change that!)
• ~5 minute walk from a Star Market, ~15-minute walk from the Porter Square T stop
• no smoking or pets in the apartment
• landlord/landlady are great, highly responsive, and do a lot of the apartment fixes themselves
