1. This is a duplex, so there is no one to run on top of you except yourselves.
2. We will accept cats and dogs so long as the dog does not bark a lot and doesn’t live on the 3rd floor
3. There is actually a 5th room (pass through on the second floor), so technically this could be a 5 BR, but it’s listed at 4BR. Use it as a communal office, or a second living room, or a playroom… lots of options for bonus space
4. We are right in between green and red, so take your pick on public transpo
5. There is a back patio area. There is no grilling, but you can sit outside and have cocktails or a beer!
