We’re looking for 1 clean, respectful Christian roommate to move in within the next 2-3 months into a private room. House is shared among 4 people total in individual rooms (4 bed, 2 bath). We have parking, a communal kitchen, in-unit laundry, garage, basement, proximity to public transit (Alewife station/Main St bus stations), and more. We love cooking, baking, and house gatherings and are looking forward to having communal/social events. Strongly prefer someone who is established in their faith as we’ll be hosting Bible studies and church events together. We’re all super open and friendly and take good care of each other.
The rent is $715 for the available room plus utilities (electric/internet/gas). The room measures approx. 150 sq. ft. Photos and house tours are available upon request.
