I have a furnished room with a private bathroom to rent in a nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a very safe location of Boston. The room has a full-size bed frame, mattress, bedside tables, chair, and closet.
The apartment has a functional kitchen with gas/electric stove, microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and most cooking/coffee/eating necessities.
Washer and dryer are in the unit, and hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
Rent is $1000 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities such as cable TV, electricity, gas, trash, water, and high-speed wireless internet.
Plus $1000 for a security deposit which is refundable during departure.
Pets are allowed.
Walk-able distance to the subway stations, bus stops, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, malls, fitness centers, parks, gardens and museums.
