Spacious first floor apartment with a dishwasher, coin-op laundry right outside the back door, and separate living room and dining room. The room has 2 windows with lots of natural light and is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, desk and a large dresser. Tbh you can even fit a couch in there, it’s pretty spacious! Closet is huge too!

Great location! 10-15 min walk from all the squares in Cambridge – Harvard, Central, Union, Kendall. There are a bunch of zipcars within 5 min walk and buses ct2 and 85 – 4min walk, 69 and 91 – 2min walk, 83 and 68 – <9min walk. There is a Market Basket, 2 Whole Foods and 2 targets within 10-15 min walk (shorter time with the bus).
A little about your roommate – Data scientist working remotely 3-4 days per week. Generally a quiet apartment but enjoy having friends over sometimes and checking out the local events like Open Studios and Porchfest. She’s looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful, and flexible, around the same age (23 – 30 ish) and a young professional or graduate student. Rent is $1350 and you’ll split utilities (gas and electricity) which are ~$70-90 depending on the season plus $30 for internet. Please respond only if you are interested for sure.
