Intention Christian Community w/ Available Room

Hi everyone! We’re looking for one male housemate to take over a lease in our 5 bed/2 bath apartment in Central Square Cambridge. The room will be available April 1, 2024 and the lease runs until August 31, 2024 (it will likely be renewed). The rent is $1400/month excluding utilities and Internet.

Here are some details about the apartment:

The four other housemates are a mix of Harvard/MIT professors/staff/postdocs/PhD students.

Amenities include two refrigerators, two in-unit washer/dryer units, and a partially furnished room (twin bed, desk, and other accessories can be provided).

1. The location offers easy access to public transportation to downtown Boston, walking access to Harvard/MIT, amenities (restaurants, Target, CVS, Whole Foods, H-Mart).
