The apartment is in Somerville (and very accessible to Cambridge and Boston) and is a 10 minute walk from the Davis and porter T stop on the redline and a 10 minute walk from the ball square T stop on the green line so super accessible to the city (about 25 minutes!) We are looking for someone to sublet for June – Aug 31st with the option of resigning in the Fall for a full year lease on Sep 1st 2025. Rent is 1150 per person per month.
