hello! we’re looking for one female to join our 4B 2.5B lease in Brighton for Sep 25 – Aug 26. the 3 roommates are working/ in grad school in our mid-20s. we prefer a place that is clean and we are overall pretty chill people. in general, we like to keep our shared spaces clean, and open/direct communication about living arrangements. your room will be the biggest of the 4 bedroom.
about the apartment:
situated allston street (south of commonwealth avenue). individual room cost $1300 + utilities (~$100). first month and broker’s (one month’s rent) due at lease signing, and last month’s and security (half month’s rent) is due before sept 1
🚊 7 minute walk from Washington St. and Allston St. B line stops
🛒 6 minute walk to whole foods, 10 min T to chinese grocery store and star market
🍽️ 15 minute walk to a bunch of restaurants around Harvard Avenue
🚗 permit street parking, paid parking spot also available ($175/month)
