We have a room in a 4bed/1.5 bath in Belmont available immediately. We are three young Christian men who are working professionals regularly attend church in the area. Costs $750 a month ($662 a month until Nov 1) plus utilities and a one-time pro-rated broker fee ~$650 (depends on move-in date). 6 minutes walk to 73 bus and 25 mins bus commute to Harvard Sq.
