Helloo! My name is Teddi (she/her) and I am looking for two female roommates to fill a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Brighton. The apartment gets great light in the living room and has been inundated with many plants. One room is available now for an early sublease and both rooms are available with a new lease beginning on August 1st.
About the space
The house is a second-floor apartment in Brighton between Brighton Center and Boston Landing. It is close to a lot of bus stops and a 10 minute walk to the Warren Street stop on the Green line. The apartment has a spacious living room/dining room & kitchen, as well as a back porch and a small sunroom out back. The house has storage in the basement and a large yard in back.
Pros about the apartment: The common spaces are very spacious and the addition of the porch in front and the sunroom out back makes for a lot of variety of space. The apartment is great for hosting people and the living space can accommodate good sized groups. The neighborhood is lovely and is in walking distance of Brighton Center and Boston Landing, where there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops! Laundry in unit.
Cons about the apartment: As with many Boston apartments, it is old and has it quirks. The kitchen and the bathroom have not been remodeled still appear to have an older aesthetic.

Numbers
Rent will be $940 per room for next year. Rooms are each 12×10. The lease starts on August 1st and runs through June 31st (our landlord wants to switch to a July 1 cycle.) One room is available now for an early sublease, if wanted.
