About Us
We are 3 women in our mid 30s-early 40s. One works in full time Christian ministry, one works in biotech, and the other is an administrator for a startup. We all attend churches in the Boston area. We are looking for a 4th housemate – a woman who is walking with the Lord, in the 34-44-ish age range, and is excited about the sort of house/community we desire to have.

Our Vision
We want to be intentional with each other about regular fellowship with a scheduled weekly house meal and prayer time. We also want our house to be a place where each of us can regularly host Bible studies or other similar gatherings. You would not be responsible for leading or being present at any of these. However, we do want a housemate that is open to having those sorts of gatherings at our place.

About the House
We’ve found a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse/apartment in East Arlington with a large kitchen (with a large pantry and two refrigerators!), dining room, two living area spaces, backyard, shared washer and dryer, and storage space in the basement. There are hardwood floors through (except for linoleum in the kitchen) and large windows throughout.

Room for Rent
The available room is on the second floor. Your rent would be $1,175 per month plus 1/4 of utilities. There is a $1,175 security deposit, 1st month’s rent, and $1,175 broker’s fee all due up front. The lease goes through the end of August 2024. If you have a car, see notes below about parking.

Location
1) The Arlington Capitol Theatre is a 2 minute walk from us
2) 77 bus line (into Porter and Harvard Squares – https://www.mbta.com/schedules/77/line) stops at the end of our street, just a block away
3) Access to the Minuteman Bike Trail
4) The Alewife T Station (red line) is just one mile from our front door- a 25 minute walk and a 10 minute bike ride!
** Please note: There are no more parking spots available at the house and Arlington does not allow overnight street parking. There are city lots and a school lot within 5-minutes walking that Arlington residents may park in overnight (car must be removed by 7am) with a purchased permit.

Please reach out to me if you would be interested and let me know a bit about yourself and what you would hope for in an intentional community. We look forward to hearing from you!
