Looking for Campus Director and Women's Senior Ministry Fellow at Princeton University

Manna is hiring for two new roles in Princeton, NJ

1) Campus Director – applicants for this role should have minimum 3 years full-time ministry experience preferably (but not limited to) campus ministry. Masters in theology, counseling, pastoral care or related fields required. Est comp range: $60-$75K/year.

2) Women’s Senior Ministry Fellow – applicants for this role should have some ministry experience, preferably with campus ministry or college-age students / young adults. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred. Est comp range: $40-$50K/year.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation for both roles will be salaried with competitive benefits. Level of compensation will be commensurate with training and experience.
• While we require fundraising to maintain our budget, this does not impact your compensation.
• A relocation benefit is available.

• Positions begin in August 2023 or January 2024 subject to discussion with candidate
