Hello!
My name is Peter Yun, and my roommate Christian and I are moving to 199 Belmont St. Everett, MA. It’s a duplex with 2 units. One unit has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and other has 2 bedroom and 1 bath. Utilities are split per apartment, washer&dryer in-unit. Each apartment has its own living space and good sized kitchen with gas stoves. There is a big lot in the back for parking. One parking spot per person can be included. Location is close to Home Depot, Costco, 15 min away from Logan Airport and 12 min away from Revere Beach! Ideally, we want 3 other Christian professional working males who will be generally flexible and courteous.
I am an accelerated nursing student at Northeastern, graduating in 8/23. I also have a previous Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Master’s degree in Social Work! I am Roman Catholic and go to mass regularly on Sundays. I would love to have roommates join me, but its not necessary. I love playing and watching sports, especially NBA basketball. I like cooking, and trying new recipes, and I’m a coffee fanatic!
Christian is a full-time software engineer, who graduated from Notre Dame, and is also studying part time. He enjoys the outdoors, pickup sports, going to concerts and grilling!
