About us & our apartment:
- We are 2 females in our mid 20s (young professionals)
- Spacious 3 bed, 1 bath
- Lease dates are 9/1/23 – 8/31/24 (we would prefer someone who could sign for whole lease)
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Renovated bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher
- Utilities (internet, electric/gas) not included and will be split among roommates
- No pets allowed
- Off-street parking available at extra cost
- 10 minute walk to Gilman Square (MBTA green line extension)
Rent is $1250/month for your own bedroom, and you will need first month, last month, and broker fee (3 months rent) when signing.
