Hello! I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a bedroom in a 2 bedroom in Brighton. The apartment was recently renovated so all new appliances. Highlights include a spacious living room and dining room with loads of light and a nice large, covered porch which is great if you’re a plant person too! The apartment is within walking distance of a YMCA, restaurants, a direct bus into the center of the city and has free street parking/shared driveway spot. The rent is $1200/month per person plus utilities.
A bit about me: I’m a 25-year-old engineer and go into the office most days. I’m active and enjoy playing sports and hiking. I like to keep my apartment clean and quiet. I’m currently attending High Rock and enjoy getting along with my roommate.
