Looking for male roommate to sublease 1 bedroom/1 bath in a 2BR/2BA apartment (June - Late September/Early October)

I am looking for a male roommate to sublet a furnished room, in a spacious 2bedroom/2 bath 1052 sq ft apartment at the Batchyard: https://www.thebatchyard.com/ starting from June until End of September or early October. Rent is ~1653.8 but with utilities, comes up to ~1750-1800. The apartment building includes a walk-in closet, pool, gym, outdoor relaxation space including a roof-top, indoor parking garage, dog park and an in-door communal space to host events. It is also 2 minutes walk from public transportation and 5 minutes walk from the Encore hotel. I am an Emergency Medicine Physician (in my late 20s) and looking for Males only.
