Looking for roommates starting 08/2025 near Ball Sq/Powderhouse Sq in Medford

Three male, Christian roommates are looking for a fourth male roommate to fill an occupancy in a 4BR/1BA in Medford, MA (10 min walk from Davis Sq which accesses the Red line, a 5min walk to bus lines that go to the Orange and Green line, and also a 5 minute walk to the Green line expansion at Ball Square). Rent ($800/mth + utilities, month to month lease with expectation of staying in the apartment for at least 2 years) includes access to basement washer/dryer, storage space in basement, parking space, and fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedrooms are partially furnished upon request for an additional fee or can be unfurnished. Utilities to be paid include gas heat and electric averaging $300-$400/mth divided among 4 roommates where some months are less since using less gas heat in warmer months. There is space to negotiate the changing of furniture/appliances in common spaces with items you have. Move-in date in August 2025. Current roommates are all working professionals in mid-30s to mid-40s that attend local Christian churches in the Somerville/Cambridge area.
