[GOSPEL]: The Limited Series, Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will serve as the lead in the development and execution of an innovative marketing plan for a national Arts & Entertainment initiative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Manager must be an organized, multitasking self-starter, with the courage and competency to straddle the lines of conventional wisdom and outside-the-box creativity. 


  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-channel marketing and brand strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term project goals, while identifying and executing improvements in process, content, and delivery
  • Prepare marketing activity and metrics reports
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Excellent coordination, project management, writing, communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience in cultivating relationships with press and media contacts
  • Knowledge of, and exposure to, traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proficiency in full Google and Microsoft Office suite
  • Works well independently and with a team
  • Ideally based in Boston, MA, but remote candidates considered.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting


Term & Compensation

  • Full Time Position: 35 hr/wk
  • W9 Required
  • Start Date: June 28, 2021
  • Duration: 15 weeks
  • Compensation: $30,000 Total
