Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January – August 2025. Rent is $950/mo + utilities.
The house is at 54 Hopedale St, Allston MA 02134. I live with 3 other guys and we have our own rooms; you’d be taking over my room on the main floor. The other 3 guys all have rooms upstairs; they are working professionals/one graduate student; they are all responsible, respectful, mainly keep to themselves, and at least two of them are faithful Christians, with all of them respectful of one another.
