[GOSPEL]: The Limited Series, Mobilization Coordinator

The Mobilization Coordinator will assist the Director of Mobilization with Partnership research and outreach, [GOSPEL] National Network Database expansion, Community Group curation, and grassroots audience mobilization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in community organizing, research, and communications. The Mobilization Coordinator must be an organized, multitasking self-starter, with the courage, imagination, and competency to take on a pivotal role in catalyzing a grassroots move within the American Christian Church.

 

Objectives / Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain local community partnerships with Churches, faith-based organizations, justice-related organizations, and more
  • Development, expansion, and maintenance of the [GOSPEL] National Network Database
  • Preparing mobilization activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Assisting leadership in the curation of [GOSPEL] Community Groups
  • Assisting in the development and execution of grassroots audience mobilization and content distribution strategies
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Excellent coordination, project management, writing, communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Must have strong research and assessment capabilities, strong work ethic, and a propensity for imaginative problem solving
  • Proficiency in full Google and Microsoft Office suite
  • Works well independently and with a team
  • Ideally based in Boston, MA, but remote candidates considered

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web-based research tools (i.e. RocketReach)
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software

 

Term & Compensation

  • Full Time – 30 hr/wk
  • W9 Required
  • Start Date: June 28, 2021
  • Duration: 15 weeks
  • Compensation: $21,000 Total
