The room comes available at the beginning of March. $1,218 a month.
Building has great amenities including gym, pool, indoor parking, rooftop grills, coworking areas, and clubhouse social areas.
The complex also has a free shuttle that takes you to the Pentagon City Metro during commuting hours for an easy time getting to work.
Our apartment is cozy, and we have all the furniture already built out. In-unit washer & dryer included. Floor-to-ceiling windows lets fantastic daylight in and it has an awesome view of the Army-Navy golf course (this includes the view from your room).
We are 2 Christian men looking for another guy to bring into the fam! We both work from home. Our 3rd roommate is moving out and leaving a gap in our lives! We’d love to live together with you and incorporate you into our friend groups, if you want to, too!
