Second floor, 3 bedrooms (1 currently a home office), 1 bath. Living room, eat-in kitchen, dishwasher, and in-unit clothes washer/dryer. Family-oriented street. Current rent is $2880, divided between 2 with a home office; if 3 total, $960/ea.; if home office continues in use, some amenable division. I expect a small raise in rent.
