I’m leaving the Boston area end of July and looking for someone to take over my lease in this gorgeous renovated 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Allston, within walking distance of shops and restaurants!

The timing:

– looking for someone who can take over the lease August 1 2024 – September 1 2025

The place:

– 2nd and 3rd story triple decker

– 5 rooms total

– 2 renovated bathrooms

– in-unit washer and dryer

– brand new kitchen appliances

– lots of street parking

– central heating and air!

– massive unfinished basement (not pictured)

The room:

– SUPER spacious (enough room for a queen, dresser, desk, and couch)

– walk in closet

– window with lots of natural light

– the room can come furnished as pictured (bed, couch, rug, dresser, desk, monitors, mini fridge, mini freezer, etc) if desired

The roommates:

– 4 other male roommates in their late 20’s early 30’s who are serious about their faith (all attend City on a Hill)

– all working professionals + 1 in masters program

– incredibly nice and social!

Cost:

– $1120/month + utilities ($100 on average for water, electricity, internet)

The landlord only owns this one property so she is always super responsive. No undergrad students allowed (landlord policy).
