My roommate is leaving Boston at the end of August and I’m looking for someone to take over his part of the lease in our renovated, two-floor, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Cambridgeport within walking distance of Central Square!
The timing: looking for someone who can take over the lease from September 1st 2024 – August 31st 2025

– renovated bathroom

– brand new kitchen appliances
– street parking
– central heating and air
The room: SUPER spacious (enough room for a queen, dresser, desk, and more) and multiple windows with lots of natural light
The roommate: late 20’s working professional who attends Aletheia Church in Cambridge
Cost: $1800 or $2000/month (depending on the room) + utilities
The landlord only owns this one property so he is always super responsive.
