Porter Square: Room in an apartment for rent starting June 1!

Hello! I am looking for one female to fill my spot at a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment off of Porter Square/Magoun Square in Somerville. Summer sublet dates would be from June 1-August 31 with option to renew lease for another year.

All of my three current roommates are Christian and are working professionals and students in their twenties. The apartment and roommates are great – very sad to leave!

Some details about the apartment:

Rent: $950 a month + utilities ($50 – $90 last summer)

Laundry: in-unit in the basement

Off-street parking included with permit

It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the MBTA red line (Porter Square), 12-minute walk to the Green Line (Magoun Square), 20-min walk to Davis Square, 5-min walk to Stop and Shop, as well as a Target, Market Basket, etc. The neighborhood is close distance to breweries, restaurants, and more!
