| I am the Director of Administration for the Program on Biblical Law and Christian Legal Studies, a faith-based academic research program at Harvard Law School. We are looking to add part-time Program Assistants to our team! This is an incredible opportunity to meet leading thought experts in Christian legal studies and theology.
If you are looking for something part-time during the academic year, have solid Bible knowledge, a flexible schedule, experience with event coordination and other administrative skills, and a willingness and desire to further the mission of our Program, we would love to talk with you. We would prefer this position be in-person but will consider hybrid if needed. Details: Hours are typically 10-14 hours/week during the academic year. Because this is less than halftime, we regret that healthcare and related benefits are not included. Program Mission: The mission of the Harvard Law School Program on Biblical Law and Christian Legal Studies is to offer students and scholars the opportunity to integrate law, leadership, and life through the study, debate, and application of the Bible. We help connect learning with conviction, inquiry with relationships, ideas with character, research with hope, gifts with purpose, and values with action. We seek to inspire confidence in biblical law as a source of truth powerful enough to meet global challenges, yet personal enough to inspire individual purpose. We are looking for someone who is: highly motivated, have solid writing/verbal skills, technologically savvy, and Bible literate. The Program Coordinator will support Program events (including regular “Listening to Scripture in Community” meetings where students and faculty gather to read and discern lessons from the Bible), and execute administrative tasks and initiatives as assigned by Program staff.
