COSTS: $790 a month for rent. Approximately $50 dollars for utilities (only pays electric/wifi). No other hidden costs. (Central Air/ Forced Air Heat)


PEOPLE: 3rd female housemate wanted for a large 2-bedroom apartment in Revere. Other two housemates are Christian young professional women (20’s) working in Boston. This will be their second year living there. They love adventuring, design, writing, and hanging out with friends.

APARTMENT: Situated on Ocean Ave, steps to the BEACH and 5 min walk to ONE BEACHMONT T-STATION on the BLUE LINE (less than 12 mins into Boston)!  Come enjoy the sidewalk along Revere Beach, walk to restaurants and ice cream! The apartment has an open concept dining, and living room. The whole apartment was renovated last year with brand new appliances, stone counter tops, new cabinets, and carpeting. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, stove/oven, and fridge. The rooms have wide windows with extra wide window sills(6’’-8”) perfect for growing medium size potted plants. Your room has a large closet and a sunny window. If you need more storage, there is a coat closet, linen closet, extra closet, and a storage room (shared with other housemates). The bathroom is average size and updated. WALKING DISTANCE to Target, Stop & Shop, and the Dollar Store. BJ’s and Market Basket are a short drive away.


The apartment building is safe, well managed, and the other apartments are friendly! You will have your own PARKING SPOT (well lit)  behind the building and access to BUILDING LAUNDRY, and mail room. There is a large POOL and PATIO area for resident use and it’s steps to the beach. The apartment building and apartment in question are clean and inviting.
