Parking: 3 dedicated parking along the driveway. Currently we use 2 of the 3 spots and rent out one to another unit.
Washer/Dryer: 2 sets of washer/dryer in the basement, shared with other units, free
Roommate 1: 24 male, Central Square Church, works at a research lab in a hospital, plays a mean cello
Roommate 2: 27 male, Central Square Church, works at financial tech company, plays a mean Elmo
Roommate 3: You
Pros: dedicated parking, short walking distance to churches, T, groceries, etc. Christian roommates. Front lawn with grass. Friendly neighbors. House group chat for community building and general house keeping purposes.
Cons: You’ll be replacing me so I won’t be living with you.
