We are on the second floor. On the 1st floor lives a delightful family of 5. On the 3rd lives the landlord, and in the basement lives a young couple. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, living room, huge kitchen with granite countertops and dish washer, and three seasons porch. All rooms have high ceilings with ceiling fans.
There is one off street parking spot available but street parking is never a problem (overnight parking, no permit required). There is a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement and a small locking storage shed under the front porch. There is a pleasant backyard with a gas grill, and has little peach trees growing.
Owen: I’m 28, working at Whole Foods Market, and I like to draw, cook, watch anime, and play video games.
Justin: I’m late 30s, and a meteorologist/software engineer working remotely. I’m active, but generally quiet at home and enjoy ultimate frisbee and disc golf.
Neither of us are particularly religious, but we enjoy a tranquil atmosphere and the apartment is kept neat and clean.
The total measurements of the room are about 18’x11.5’ and includes a good sized closet.
The lease is a year-long lease renewing in September. The roommate who is leaving is ending his portion of the lease early, so when we find a new roommate we will all sign an amended lease. A new roommate will need to be able to stay until at least September 1st 2022
We pay for gas heat, which can get around $150 per person in the Winter, but drops to nearly nothing in the warmer months.
Internet is $37 per month per person.

No dogs or cats are allowed.
