I am in search of a female roommate to fill one bedroom in my 2 bedroom for June 1st move in (flexible if earlier or later). Rent is $1200 plus utilities.
The apartment is located in Brighton. It’s between Oak Square and Brighton center so it’s close to the ymca, the 57 bus line, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s on the third floor so gets a ton of lights which I like for all of my plants! There’s also a living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and a covered porch so a lot of space for 2 people. There’s a drive way to park in or street parking.
A bit about me – I’m a 25 year old engineer who goes into the office most days. I like to socialize with my roommate but am pretty busy with activities so am not home a lot. I like to play sports (tennis, basketball, run) and try new hobbies. I attend a church in the area. If you think you might be a good fit please reach out!
