I’m moving out of my apartment before my lease ends as I’m getting married, so I’m looking to find someone to take my place in my apartment! The room is available as early as March 17, 2023, and the lease runs until July 31, with the option to resign for the coming year. The room is spacious, with large windows, hardwood floors, and built-in cabinets. The apartment has large common spaces, in unit washer and dryer, large kitchen, dining room and an eat-in kitchen, and dishwasher. It is located just steps away from the Green Line (C) in North Brookline, near Coolidge Corner. The Green Line (B) is also a 10 minute walk away. Within a mile radius, there’s a Target, Trader Joes, Stop and Shop, and Star Market.
The current three roommates are all mid-twenties women. The rent is $897.50 (heat and hot water included), and the monthly bills (wifi + electric) are usually around $50-60 total (although higher in the summer months when the A/C is running). This apartment is a great price for its location and amenities!
