Seeking male, Christian to fill a room in a 3b1b apartment near Coolidge Corner. This is a lease takeover that runs until Aug 31, 2026 with option to renew. Rent is $967 per month (still an unbelievable deal that I can’t find anywhere else). Most of my furniture is also up for grabs, we can do a bulk deal.
Room: huge space with large windows and closet. I was able to fit my entire studio apartment into the room (full size bed, dresser, couch, TV with TV stand, kitchen cart, shoe rack).
Shared areas: living room is also huge. I host my small group and comfortably fit 8 people.
Parking (optional): I park a couple blocks away through a friend of a friend. Private driveway for $150 per month. Really nice landlord who’s gone above and beyond for me several times.
Roommates: other two rooms are filled with really considerate, respectful Christian guys. It’s been an amazing roommate situation for me.
