Room for Sublet in Malden (May 1st)

Hi, I have a room available in Malden for sublet. Looking preferably for a male housemate. The home has three working men (who would be your potential housemates). They are easy-going men with rotating work schedules, but they are respectful and very quiet. The room is available starting May 1st until Dec 1st/Jan 1st (last month of sublease is negotiable ). Rent is $725/month. The home is located a short bus ride from Malden Center & is equidistance between I-93 & I-95/Rt.1. There is street parking available (no permit needed). The room can come fully furnished (optional for an additional $50/mo).
