I’m looking for a respectful, clean and mindful Christian female roommate to rent a room in a 2BR/1 Bath first floor unit in Inman Square (~10min walk to Central Square, ~20min walk to Harvard Square or Kendall and close to multiple bus routes including the 69, 83, 91, and 64)
Rent: $1150/month plus utilities (electric, gas, wifi) vary between 60-90/month (depending on the season as the gas bill covers heating too) There is free laundry in the basement and a storage unit that can be used for bikes and a spacious backyard with patio furniture and grills available for use
Landlords are very sweet and quick to respond to any issues
The 1-yr lease cycle starts on 8/1/23 but an earlier move-in (during July) can be arranged
No smoking or pets allowed
About me: I’m a PhD student in my mid 20s and generally work in the lab on weekdays. I’ve been going to High Rock Cambridge for over a year now and aim to keep a clean and quiet environment. I’m friendly and happy to talk and open to roommate dinners but can also respect quiet and space too. In my spare time, I like reading, cooking and (particularly) baking/making desserts and sharing the steady supply of sweets that I make.
