Description
Looking for a new female roommate to sign on to a lease that starts August 1st in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse less than 5 minutes away from the heart of Central Square. Your two roommates are wonderful women in their 30s who are friendly, considerate, respectful, and enjoy the occasional movie night together over delicious food.
The bedroom is about 14ft by 12ft with two windows and beautiful natural light. The room has a generous closet and hardwood floors and is situated on the 2nd floor of the house. The new roommate will be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.
The house was built in 2005 with hardwood floors throughout with central AC and gas heat, a light-filled living room and updated kitchen with dishwasher, a new backyard patio with a small plot to have a garden, a new washer and dryer, a finished basement that we currently use as a storage and workout room, and a total of 3 bathrooms (one on each floor). The house is located in a quiet residential area and there is one off street parking spot.
The move in date is August 1st but can be flexible. Rent is $1750 + utilities (averaging $100- $200 a month but could be more in winter months). You would fill out a standard application for background check and then sign onto the lease. There will be a broker fee of $500 and a security deposit of $1333.
